📄 Company Policies and Service Agreement

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality, most reliable, and most hygienic upholstery cleaning services. Before using our services, please carefully read the policies and terms outlined below. These policies form the basis for our mutual trust and transparency.

1. Appointment, Cancellation and Change Policy

  • Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are finalized after being confirmed by us by phone or in writing (WhatsApp/Email).

  • Cancellations and Changes: You can cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice or if you are not present at the appointment time may incur a processing fee of 20% of the service fee.

  • Delays: If our team is late for an appointment due to traffic, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible.

2. Cleaning Process and Result Guarantee

  • Fabric Inspection: Before the procedure, our team examines the type, general condition, and stain nature of your sofa fabric. The most appropriate cleaning method is determined.

  • Stain Removal: Our standard service is guaranteed to remove the vast majority of dirt and stains. However, we cannot fully guarantee the following:

    • Very old stains that have penetrated deeply into the fibers of the fabric.

    • Permanent dye, chemical stains such as bleach or acid that have damaged the fabric structure.

  • Drying Time: Drying time is approximately 4-8 hours, depending on ambient temperature and ventilation conditions. The customer is responsible for drying time.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning performed, you will be offered a free second cleaning to correct the problem if you contact us within 48 hours of the end of the service.

3. Materials and Equipment Used

  • Detergents: All cleaning agents used are professional products that do not harm the fabric, are anti-allergic, environmentally friendly and comply with international standards.

  • Equipment: The cleaning process is carried out with professional washing (injection/extraction) machines with high vacuum power.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Before starting the cleaning process, it is the customer's responsibility to remove personal belongings and valuable objects from around the seats.

  • Access: Our team must have a comfortable workspace and access to clean water/electricity.

  • Valuables: To minimize the risk of any possible damage that may occur during cleaning, we kindly request that you remove your valuable and fragile items from the work area.

5. Payment Policy

  • Price Offer: The accepted price offer is valid unless an additional service is requested.

  • Payment Time: The service fee is collected immediately after the cleaning process is completed.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, credit card/debit card or EFT/Money Order options are available.
